This footpath has stiles along it. The footpath can also be muddy at times. The footpath starts at The Mill Public House on Derby Road. Going northwards turning right over the River Erewash, this Footpath comes eventually to a dead end at the A610 bypass road (hopefully in the future this will be rectified).

Alternatively, instead of going over the River Erewash continue along the footpath with the River to your right, then turn left and follow the footpath until you come back onto Cromford Road.
