There are stiles along this footpath. In the Winter this can be very muddy. This footpath runs from Castle Lane to the disused Cromford Canal. Going through fields until you get over the Railway Footbridge and then you will be in a small wood, here you are likely to see some of the birds, wildflowers and wildlife mentioned.
