The Clerk distributed breakdown of costs for installation and
maintenance of festive lighting 2004. Noted no charges received for
electricity supply from East Midlands Electricity Board to date. Noted

2005
Following discussion regarding installation of Christmas tree at St.
Andrews Church for 2005, proposed that due to previous vandalism at the
site, other options should be considered. The Clerk distributed copy of
quotation from Plantscape to supply and install spring baskets along
Station Road area totalling £1,340 nett. (forty half
baskets). This would brighten the town at other periods of the year if
the budget was not to be used up for festive lighting. AGREED
